Here is an interesting online service.  It spiders your site(s) and generates
all of the following:
 
     Google Site Map
     Yahoo Site Map
     OPML Site Map
     HTML Site Map (with templating to match your site)
     RSS Site Map
     ROR Site Map

It's free (for 1 update per month) or fee for more.  I signed up
for 5 domains scanned weekly for $30 a month.  There's a
number of additional features.  One I like, give them your FTP
info and it uploads the new sitemaps for you and notifies the
intended recipient (Google, Yahoo, etc.) that a new sitemap is
available. 
 
If you need it, it even generates an on site search function (not
as good as PicoSearch) but ... hey?
 
It also checks broken links and provides SEO stats on every
page on the site (paid mode only). 
 
Really cool ... you set up one account and control as many
domains as you like from that one login
 
I've got a good solution for Google but liked this service because
of the other five sitemaps it generates (I didn't even know Yahoo
had a sitemap function).
